1. Vehicles are driven and parked by valet attendant at owner's risk. Solaire will not be responsible for the following:
   • Door dings or any car damages caused by fire, storm, theft, vandalism, flood, or trespassing.
   • Loss or damage of any item left in the vehicle, including but not limited to cellular phones, radar detectors, money, or jewelry.
   • Damage or injury due to mechanical failure.
2. All claims for damages must be reported prior to the vehicle leaving the property.
3. No employee may alter the conditions or increase liability.
4. Guest shall be entitled to a refund if lost ticket is turned over within 24 hours.
